We’re building Radiant to make it easier to understand AI product performance in qualitative and quantitative sense, using insights to build better products. Metrics allow you to understand how your applications doing, with quantitative and qualitative results.

Radiant out of the box metrics track quantitative stats like latency and token counts and use a model to perform qualitative evaluations like tone, bias and helpfulness. Radiant users can use our default evaluation model or substitute their own. Users can also define their own custom metrics within the platform to detect specific kinds of behavior.

Anomaly Detection surfaces requests that fall outside normal behavior quickly and efficiently.

We’re excited to announce our anomaly detection capability is now available to all users. Our anomaly detection tool identifies potential anomalies based on message similarity, allowing users to identify potential issues from thousands of events. Radiant has an interface to review and mark specific messages as confirmed anomalies or expected values. This workflow allows human reviewers to create datasets of positive or negative examples that can be used to fine tune models, provide feedback to engineering teams and other remedial actions.
